New Logo for Customer Bills
Does your natural gas bill look a little different to you? Our new logo has now been incorporated onto our customer bills! Elizabethtown Gas is proud to share that on July 1 our parent company, AGL Resources, merged with Atlanta-based Southern Company (NYSE: SO) to form one of the country’s premier energy companies, serving approximately nine million utility customers in nine states.

Southern Company has taken its place as the leader in creating America’s energy future. And as part of expanding its business model to include a strong natural gas presence, the company unveiled a new corporate brand for its operating companies system-wide.

You will see our new logo and branding on all of our communications. But rest assured – just as before, you can continue to depend on Elizabethtown Gas to deliver safe and reliable natural gas service.

We offer a wide variety of bill payment options for your convenience, including:

  • Online Paperless Billing. Save time, stamps and trees by enrolling in our paperless billing option.
  • AutoPay. Safely and conveniently have your bill payment automatically deducted from your bank account or credit card each month for free. If you choose to use AutoPay with your credit card you will automatically be enrolled in paperless billing. Please note it may take a billing cycle or two after you enroll for AutoPay to be set up on your account.
  • Budget Plan. Even out the seasonal highs and lows of your natural gas bill by enrolling in our Budget Plan. Enroll in the Budget Plan with AutoPay and paperless billing for even more convenience.
  • My Account. Sign up for this online bill management tool that allows you to enroll in paperless billing, sign up for AutoPay and the Budget Payment Plan, and also allows you to view your bill and payment history, your natural gas usage history and past meter readings. Get started.

Deferred Payment Arrangements
