There is a season for everything, including energy savings. Whether you want to lower your utility bills or take advantage of energy efficiency credits, there are many ways to save this fall.
As a homeowner, you may qualify for rebates, financing programs, or tax credits for any new energy-efficient and renewable energy products and improvements at home. If you’ve made or are planning to make qualified energy-efficient improvements to your home after Jan. 1, 2023, you may qualify for an IRS tax credit of up to $3,200. The credit applies to improvements made through 2032.
You may also be eligible for cashback on appliances and other home improvements that can lower your energy bills through home rebates. Use this map to learn more about your state’s rebate status.
